Especially if we are not able to overcome it in time to do the necessary work. Almost everyone loves being lazy and chilling out at times, but some have it worse than others. As children, being lazy means not doing our homework on time and being late to catch the bus. As we grow up, it extends to not working out or cooking and eating healthy food. Due to the lack of exercise, we are at risk of a lot of diseases and major problems. Growing even older, it can result in lost dreams that we could not accomplish because we were too lazy. There are some ways we can condition ourselves to work hard when we have to and relax and laze around later. This will keep our minds fresh and ready for more when the time is right. It is very common to beat ourselves up mentally when we are being lazy and not doing our work. We think maybe it will help us pull ourselves out of the stupor and get active. But more often than not, it just makes us feel more guilty without helping us to be hard working. It leads to even more procrastination since we feel like there is no point in trying and losing. So, be gentle with yourself when you feel unable to do your job. Try to be kind and nudge yourself into being productive.

Trying to get into the mindset of doing everything at once is very tough. So, start by getting yourself ready to do a small task at a time. Don’t bite off more than you can chew as starting off is the most difficult phase. Tell yourself that you will go for a run for just 3 minutes, or clean your room for just 5. Try to sit down and tell yourself that you just have to write 1 page. Once you overcome your internal resistance and start doing the thing, you will find it much easier to keep going.

Keep Some Break Time In Between Hard Work-

It will be easier to get to work if you keep a small free period for laziness in-between working hard. Make a schedule where you focus completely on your work for 20-30 minutes and then take a break for 5-10 minutes.
